Armada FC to play Tampa Bay Rowdies for USOC Second Round

The Jacksonville Armada FC will host the Tampa Bay Rowdies of the United Soccer League (USL) in the Second Round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup on Wednesday, May 16.

Kickoff will be at 7 p.m. at Southern Oak Stadium in Jacksonville, Fla., on the campus of Jacksonville University. Tickets are available online and at the gate for $10.

Any changes due to weather will be updated on the Severe Weather Policy.

For this game, fans are encouraged to bring chairs to sit and watch the game. With limited seating at Southern Oak Stadium, there is area around the field for fans to set up their chairs.

U.S. Soccer announced the potential Third Round pairings for the Jacksonville Armada today. The winner of Wednesday's match will play either Miami United FC or Miami FC 2, both National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) teams. The Third Round will take place on Wednesday, May 23. The winners of the Third Round will advance on to the Fourth Round where MLS teams will come into play.
